\"Hexe\"<\/a>Hexe is the German word for Witch.<\/p>\n

Witches and witchcraft have been around for thousands of years, and can be traced as far as when man discovered fire, and would spend the nights by its mystic flame preparing all sorts of concoctions.
\nThe word itself comes from \u201cwicca,\u201d meaning \u201cthe wise one\u201d, and yet, witches have always been considered a demonic apparition.<\/p>\n

Probably most known are ‘The Salem witch trials’, which\u00a0were a series of hearings and prosecutions of people accused of witchcraft in colonial Massachusetts between February 1692 and May 1693.
\nThe trials resulted in the executions of twenty people, most of them women.
